I love this movie so much! I think E.T is so adorable and I just want to hug him!!!!! The only thing is at the end I get depressed because it’s sad. But i love the movie sooooo much!!!!

      I admire him because for a lot of reasons. I admire him the most because of his quiet yet fun personality. He is such a nice guy it’s ridiculous! And John always makes me laugh and he will always cheer me up whenever I am down, He is just so wonderful! Also I admire him because he and I always talk about things and we know that neither of us will tell anyone else anything.  

      I can just go on and on about how much I admire John. But I believe I’m going to STOP HERE! I love john so much!!!!!!!!!!<3

 I would like to thank you for everything! You’re a great person and you taught me so much. I would like to thank you and here be why!  

The ways you taught me were by becoming a better athlete all the way around. You have made me stronger because of the weight lifting you made me do and that made me so strong. Now I can hit a ball 210 feet instead of 190. Also you made me faster. Instead of me running 3.4 seconds down a base path of 60 feet, now I can run the same distance in 3.1 seconds and that is a lot of time in my game of softball. The last thing you helped me with was my reaction timing. I am so much quicker. I have made so many nice plays because of how you made me quicker. THANK YOU!  

The other thing you helped me with is just being a normal person and not worry about anyone else. You have taught me so much, it so much it’s too much to write down!

  Thank you and you are going to be my hero FOREVER!!!!! 

      My first major accomplishment is hitting my two home runs that I hit. My first home run was when I was 10; the other was when I was 14. My first was a big deal because we had bases loaded and we were losing and we tied the game because of that one hit. I was super happy! The other one was when I was 14. Then I wasn’t hitting for a while the all of a sudden I come up and drive one and it was so thrilling I couldn’t believe I did it! Also because it was a mothers’ day present for my mom and she was really happy for me.      

My other major accomplishment is getting good grades in school. To me that am a major accomplishment because I believe I deserve them because I worked hard for them and I wasn’t always so smart. When I was younger, I had to take classes to help me with reading and stuff. And no that I have done that, I can read super well and they say the more you read the smarter you are!     

 So my two major accomplishments are hitting two home runs and getting good grades. What are yours?

the escape Gordon Korman  

     The book I read was Island book three. Luke, Charla, Will, Lyssa, J.J., and Ian thought they were on a deserted island but they are not. They are sharing the island with other people who were part of world war two.  The island used to be used as an air force base back in the 40’s. One day when the kids were exploring the island they found tracks to the air force base. They found a lot of stuff finally they found the building and the building was unlocked so they went inside. When they entered them building, they found a bunch of paper every where and they found pieces of the Manhattan project, so the place was a place where they built the bombs. The kids also found documents on the other two bombs and why the third one was never used.

The answer to J.J answer was answered when they found the answer to why the third bomb was never used. The men that were there from the 40’s were exploring the island and they had a plane and that is how they got home.

      I thought this book was very interesting, it’s the last in the series and I thought it was a great way to end the books. I enjoyed reading them and you should too. And I cant believe Gordon Korman had to end so SOON!!!!!  

 If you didn’t know, the Cape swim team practices at the YMCA at certain times. Sometimes at the Cape swim team practices at normal hours (3-ish to 5-ish) and other times they practice (7-ish to 9-ish). I know if I was on that time and we had practice late I would have a bit of an issue with that. I would like to practice and get it over with. If they have there own pool they can use it anytime they want and they can practice extra if they want, not on a certain time period. Everyone knows that gas price have increased over the past 5 to 10 years and the Cape swim team has to travel there to practice then that is more money for the school to pay for gas and it’s very expensive and it would be a whole lot cheaper to just have swimming pool where they can just walk through a door and there is a pool!     

 Another reason is because the High School has been around for a pretty long time (30+ I assume) and I believe that it is time for the school to update there playing fields. Like they did the football fields. It looks very nice and I believe they should add turf to every field because there is not a lot of work to it, like it drains easily and every thing else. And you don’t have to water it or anything because it’s artificial. So I think they should update there fields.     

 My last reason is I think athletes deserve the best! If the team is number one in the state, they deserve to play on a field that is number one in the state. Even if they team is all that great they should at last have a nice complex to play on because sometime down the line, the team will be at least decent.      

GIVE CAPE HENLOPEN SCHOOL DISTRICT A POOL AND A NEW ATHLETIC FIELD!
